Weighed in this morning......Lets just say I am not the heaviest I have ever been. However no where near skinny. 213 lbs to be exact. I am pumped up and ready to do this. My first goal is 10 lbs in one month. HERE WE GO!!
I had a egg for breakfast this morning so I wasn't starving at work. I usually get something off the "Roach Coach" or don't eat anything at all. So far so good. I plan on working out when I get home. Maybe Zumba or Elliptical. I have recently started doing Zumba but I have found that it is best to do it when my husband isn't around. I don't think it is very attractive to see me jumping and bouncing around at this weight.
I don't know what it is but I hate the thought of working out. I always feel good after I am done, but I can't seem to pump myself up. My husband can do it no problem. He is a runner. I wish I loved to run. I just don't. It isn't who I am. Do you think that defines us/me as a person. Either you're a "runner" (Athlete) or you're "not a runner" (over weight and struggle to loose weight). Actually I think I forgot the in between person there. I can't forget about the one who doesn't exercise and eats what ever they want when ever they want and don't gain a pound because they have good genes. I know we all wish we had those genes.
